“In order to modernize our fleet, we recently replaced two Jet Rangers with two EC120 B Colibris, which were delivered to us by Eurocopter Canada. We also operate 2 Ecureuils/AStars. Based in the north of the Province of Alberta, we mainly use our fleet for oil and gas exploration, forest fires and tree planting. At the moment, the oil activity is booming due to the high price of oil, but this activity is always subject to fluctuations.

A while ago, we began planting trees and this type of mission now accounts for a quarter of our overall activity. We are happy with the EC120 B Colibri, which is a very comfortable and easy-to-maintain helicopter, and which is equipped with a VEMD (Vehicle Engine Management Display), and a huge baggage compartment. The Colibri also has a Fenestron®, which significantly reduces the noise level. Our customers also love its speed and the excellent cabin visibility. The EC 120 is ideally suited to our utility missions.”
