Maintenance Centers, Repair Centers & Technical Representatives

To ensure the highest level of service and reactivity to customers needs, Eurocopter has deployed an expansive network of Service Centers able to provide you with maintenance and/or repair services on your helicopters.These Service Centers are monitored and audited periodically by Eurocopter, thus guaranteeing you the best level of quality, performance and safety.

They are listed hereafter by alphabetical order of their country of location.The products and type of services they cover are detailed in each identification file, according to the following definitions:


Maintenance
This indicates that the facility has Eurocopter approved capabilities for O&I level servicing, inspections and light repairs. When Major Inspection capabilities are also included (I+), we add the mention “including major inspection”.


Repair & Overhaul
This indicates that the facility has Eurocotper approved D level Repair & Overhaul capabilities for dynamic components.


Blade Maintenance
This indicates that the facility has Eurocopter approved capabilities for O&I level blade servicing, inspections and light repairs.


Blade Repair
This indicates that the facility has Eurocopter approved D level blade repair capabilities.


Equipment Repair & Overhaul
Eurocopter, through a full in-house service or in partnership with OEM authorized repair centers, is able to service all the equipment on your helicopter. Entities of our network qualified to offer you partial or full equipment repair services are indicated hereafter.


Customer ServiceTechnical representatives
Permanently detached by Eurocopter in country, they provide a full technical assistance to regional customers.
