12/18/1997 : The French " Sécurité Civile " Directorate Chooses a New Version of the Eurocopter's BK-117 Helicopter - ollowing an international call for tenders, the French Ministry of the Interior's " Sécurité Civile " Directorate has selected a dedicated version the BK-117 with which to gradually replace its fleet of helicopters.
