Parts-By-the-Hour program (PBH)

Eurocopter's Parts-By-the-Hour (PBH) comprehensive program contributes to minimal helicopter downtime, and supports you to smooth out maintenance costs and to reduce inventory.

The PBH program is based on the exchange within 24 hours of defective components covered by the contract.

This program entails:
    • Components Scheduled overhauls

    • Components Unscheduled repairs

    • Life limited parts replacement (defined list)

    • Guaranteed and monitored maintenance costs


    • Committed delivery lead times for exchange parts

    • Dedicated pool to support PBH program customers
    • Fixed hourly rate payment
       

Our PBH program is dedicated to cover dynamic components, blades, basic and mission equipment.
