Customer Service Centre

For all urgent customer needs, Eurocopter has set up the “Customer Service Centre” directorate.
A single contact person for every customer for any questions or problems related to helicopter support.

This “all in one” directorate:

    • Assists direct European customers (EC and ECD) for any requests or questions, whether they are urgent or not, 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

    • Makes sure that the customer has its needed information: 

      • Gives immediate answers or addresses customers to the appropriate entities.

      • Collects, structures and records information è Unique process to monitor and resolve customer requests

    • Administrates contract performance (for PBH, warranty)

 

To ensure these missions, it includes 6 entities:

        1- Contact Centre

        2- Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG)  
 
        3- Customized Support Programs Management (Parts by the Hour and Repair by the Hour)
 
        4- Repair and Overhaul Business Administration 

        5- Technical Support 

        6- Warranty
